Converging Lens

A convex lens is a lens that is thicker in the middle than at the edges. When converging light rays pass through a convex lens, they are refracted and converge to a point known as the focal point. This property of a convex lens makes it useful in magnifying objects and creating images in optical devices such as cameras and telescopes.
